Visual Task Tips 2.3 doesn't show opened window previews on taskbar

Process of the program stats and works correctly after clicking on link in the Start Menu or at autostart, but window previews doesn't shows. In w2k3 they shows correctly. See screenshots.

I already placed mouse cursor on task(s).
