Suggestion: Use Source Han Serif as default CJK fonts

    Description

      Currently ReactOS uses Droid Sans Fallback as CJK fonts, but it is out of update, and lacks lots of characters.

      Adobe and Google released Source Han Serif as open source fonts, it is a open source implementation of SongTi or MinCho which is the default font for CJK on Classic Windows such as Windows XP.
