Entering "::{CLSID}" or "shell:::{clsid}" into the run dialog does not work.

Entering them in explorer seems to work some of the time, but when I enter them in the run dialog, they never work. Try entering:

"::{450d8fba-ad25-11d0-98a8-0800361b1103}"

or

"shell:::{450d8fba-ad25-11d0-98a8-0800361b1103}".

The expected result is that it opens the my documents folder. Enter it without the quotation marks.

Note that these do not only open folders. They can lead to anything from a dialog to an application.
