Enabling Quick Launch panel in Taskbar properties does not work

    Description

      There is a checkbox "Show Quick Launch" in the Taskbar properties, it doesn't work. When checking it and pressing OK, the Quick Launch panel does not appear. When opening Taskbar properties again, checkbox is unchecked again.

      However it's possible to show the panel via right-click menu> toolbars> quick launch.

      So the panel is already implemented, but checkbox doesn't work in properties dialog.
