Quick Launch bar should persist its settings in the registry

    Description

      Currently in 0.4.15-dev-5137-g826bd41 the QuickLaunchBar forgets most of its settings upon explorer restart.
      The job is to persist all of its settings in the registry, (ideally right from the start in a Windows-compatible way)
