There is no dialog for the right mouse button - "Copy", "Move", "Create shortcuts", | "Cancel"

In Windows XP, a dialog box appears when you drag an object or several objects (folders, files) with the right mouse button pressed:

These actions can be performed from one device to another, from one directory to another, within the same directory or on the desktop.
