[WIN32SS] Apache Open Office 4.1.2 SWriter - no blinking Caret

    Description

      0.4.8-RC-14-g10b06f1 gcc dbg.

      Apache Open Office 4.1.2 SWriter from rapps.
      When you edit a document, you can properly type words. But the caret is not blinking as it should.

      Has been like this as long as I remember (down to 0.4.0 at least)

      Making Swriter work is enough to resolve the ticket, but I think that it's noteworthy that I also see this issue in Opera 12.18 adressbar, also in KMeleon adressbar, (and often but not always in Abiwords text-area)
