The gripper for the task list is still drawn after locking the taskbar when themed.

    Description

      Recent commits have fixed locking the taskbar, but the gripper for the task list is still visually drawn. The gripper itself is removed, but the gripper still gets drawn. This bug is more easily noticeable in XP themes.
