MikTex 2.9.5105 setup fails when installing zapfding with Error 145 ERROR_DIR_NOT_EMPTY

    Description

      0.4.8-RC-18-g64dcc95 gcc dbg

      When installing MikTex 2.9.5105 setup from rapps the install process fails when installing "zapfding".

      The function call RemoveDirectoryW() fails with ERROR_DIR_NOT_EMPTY.

      The setup can not finish therefore.

      Ofc that setup succeeds in 2k3sp2.

      Note: in 0.4.7RC1 it failed slightly different - see CORE-13993, but at almost same progress-percentage.
      Is it the same issue actually?

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CORE-13993 setup of MikTex 2.9.5105 fails, it fails always at a different percentage (randomness), but it does always fail
