WinDirStat 1.1.2 "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND The system can not find the file specified" when right-clicking a file and selecting properties

ros 0.4.8-RC-25-g11bf8fa gcc is affected (another user reported already against 0.4.7RC1)

WinDirStat 1.1.2 from rapps is affected

-right-click any file from the list-view and select "properties"

Observed result
an error-box will be presented 0.4.8-RC-25-g11bf8fa__WinDirStat.png
