Drag-n-drop cursor is red instead of black

    Description

      This is the similar regsression as in CORE-14144, but with the dran-n-drop mouse cursor. It appears in 75890, probably after one of the past winesyncs, in the last year. The mouse cursor is incorrect during the drag-n-drop moving of file(s), folder(s) and local/network drive(s). In 75889 it's OK. See screenshots.
