Issue with copying a large file on a BTRFS formatted drive

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-164

      I had a crash occur when I tried to copy a 4GB file to a different name in the same location as the file itself via the Command Prompt while in Safe Mode. A debug log is attached.
