.NET Framework v4.0: install aborts silently, on FAT32 disk of 1 GiB "only"

    Description

      Manual host download and run, from a custom .iso, of dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe, from RApps link.

      Virtual PC 2004 SP1
      Tested with 256 MiB memory.

      Logs look like a fastfat/cc regression, which happened during 0.4.11-dev.

      2 GiB disk: installs fine.
      1 GiB disk: immediate dialog saying "not enough disk space", then install aborts.
      I assume that old behavior was a "bug", that got fixed later.

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.11-dev-1-gb277cbd-x86-gcc-lin-dbg
      1 GiB disk: extracts files, disk activity for a long while, then start of actual install. (Worked fine so far. I aborted there.)
      Free disk space started at 400 MiB, then 165 MiB remained.

      Same test, after reducing free space to 354 from 402 MiB, then 116 MiB remained.
      Then, this issue is not triggered by later builds simply using (a little) more space.
