Audacity 2.2.2 WiseInstaller can be minimized once via titlebar, but no second time

      Audacity 2.2.2 WiseInstaller

      During the setup, we can minimize the installer once by clicking the titlebar.
      But after restoring it,
      we can not minimize it a second time.
