Md5Summer 1.2.0.11 from rapps does not allow window being restored after it has been minimized once (Win3.11style minimize)

      Md5Summer 1.2.0.11 from rapps delphi-application

      The applications window can be minimized, but it can not be restored later.
      Interestingly the system menu behaves as if those operations did succeed.

      Expected result
      The dialog should minimize in "Win3.11-style", not only to taskbar, but should collapse its window and stack that above the taskbar.

      Observed result
      Please make sure to test with the exact same dialog I did in my video:

      After minimizing we do not get that collapsed titlebar of the app above the taskbar.
