Minimizing modal child window prevents restore

      VideoInspector from : https://web.archive.org/web/20230909115924/http://www.kcsoftwares.com/files/videoinspector.zip 

      Open "Installed codec" dialog : 

      • Win +D : "Installed codecs" is minimized
      • Win +D : "Installed codecs" is restored
      • Click on "minimize" button (top right) : "Installed codecs" is minimized
      • But not possible to restore it

      Note : in Win2K3, when minimized it is shown as :

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CORE-13997 Md5Summer 1.2.0.11 from rapps does not allow window being restored after it has been minimized once (Win3.11style minimize)
