    Description

      revision 68833:
      =first run=
      when opening program his window is minimized, and don't maximize with click on icon on taskbar, and only with right click>restore.
      in debug-log appears:

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/defwnd.c:581) err: WM_SETREDRAW

      =second run=
      next at program start, on taskbar displayed two button of program: when I click on the first button window minimized, when i click to second button window restored.
