Issue with importing a registry file

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.11-dev-422-gfc35f6e

      When I try to import the attached registry file, the ImagePath in the attached screenshots shows with only the S character in ReactOS after importing it and has the entire string in Windows Server 2003 SP2 after importing it. I am also attaching a debug log.
