Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Delete two or more files to Recycle Bin
- Go to the Recycle Bin
- Right click > Restore on a single file
- Press F5 or menu item to Refresh
Expected behavior: other deleted files are here
Observed behavior: No more files in Recycle Bin
But the Recycle Bin still has "full" icon, and files are displayed again after explorer restart.
