Description
tested r71245, but issue also existed before Giannis recent shell32 work...
steps to reproduce:
1.) delete a file in explorer -> it will move to recycler and is also visible within
(minor: but the recycler icon on desktop gets no refresh, still looks as if empty)
2.) delete another file in explorer -> it will be visible within recycler as well ->great
3.) now restore one of the two files: it will be back in fs ->great
major: but the recycler is now empty. The second file that you not restored is neither visible within fs nor within recycler...
Not sure, whether this is a regression, but if it was, it would be older than a few days...
Sorry smiley for CC'ing again, but you seem to be actively caring about code around the recycler lately
