Recycle Bin > Restoring does't work properly

    Description

      Steps: 

      1. Remove any file to Recycle bin (Test_1.txt file)
      2. Go to Recycle bin and restore this file
      3. Try to remove any file to Recycle bin (e.g. Test_2.txt file)

      Result: "can't be sent to Recycle Bin. Do you want to delete it instead?" message.

            4. Restart ReactOS

            5. Open Recycle Bin

      Result: you can see removed and restored file in the Recycle Bin again (Test_1.txt file)
