Description
When you restore the item from the recycle bin and attempt to send it back to the recycle bin it asks you if you want to send it to the trash. You click yes and another message comes up saying it cannot send it to the trash and asks if you want to delete it instead. To fix it you need to restart the OS.
Also when you look in the recycle bin after restarting the OS, the file is still there and in its restored location. Only when you right click the recycle bin and select Empty recycle bin does it permanently remove the file.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Send file to trash
2. Restore file from trash.
3. Try to send to trash again. It wont let you.
4. Restart OS and open recycle bin. File is still there and in its restored location.
The build I used is 58796 bootcd.
