Opera 9.64 installer (InstallShield/msi) displays "_BrowseProperty" as install location

Opera 9.64 setup from rapps, it's an InstallShield & msi based setup

Reproduction steps
-run installer and select "custom" install mode
-click "change" button to change the destination folder
-in the resulting dialog, just click "ok" without actually changing the destination

Observed result
-the installer shows "_BrowseProperty" erroneously as destionation folder

Expected result
-the installer should show "C:\Program Files\Opera\" as destination folder, like XPSP3 does, I double-checked that

Note: The installer will not really use that creepy folder later, it's just a minor displaying issue. It reminds me of CORE-14091, but I am not totally sure it's the same, so I created a fresh ticket. If it's the same then learn_mores explanation would make sense: msi-issue, Wine would be affected as well and "events being fired before there is a handler for them".
