Desktop not responding when Driver Genius 18.0.0.172 is launched

After launching Driver Genius, desktop and taskbar stop responding and becomes not clickable, although the system doesn't hang, same as a program. Sending Ctrl + Alt + Del successfully causes taskmgr. And when I terminate program process, desktop becomes clickable and correctly responding again.

This program needs MS VC++ 6 Redistributable Package to be installed for correct work.
