radeon 7000 driver not installed properly

    Description

      i open this report for the record.

      ATI RADEON 7000 / RADEON VE drivers can be correctly installed (or at least it seems so) via Device Manager, by downloading and unpacking driver from this link:

      http://www.amdradeondrivers.com/amd-ati-mobility-drivers-Mobility-Radeon-9600-windows-xp-32bit.html

      But when rebooting system, ReactOS stops loading (but no crash)
