An application bug (BUT NO ROS BUG) has been unhidden by 0.4.10-dev-466-g35f62fc in the 3rd party app "Wine Mono Framework 4.5.6" from rapps, the Text on buttons is further down now in Wine Mono test app

      0.4.11-RC-22-g2522ec1 gcc dbg lin
      Wine Mono 4.5.6 from rapps
      The test app is linked in CORE-9612

      The text placement in y regressed. It is too much on the bottom now imho.
