Multimedia audio properties does not tab-stop on some controls

While using Tab on keyboard to switch between dialog controls, it is not possible to select drop-down combo boxes:

1. Audio output device
2. Audio input device
3. MIDI output device

The problem also could be reproduced by running ROS mmsys.cpl in Windows XP.
