Drawing garbage around my checkbox

      0.4.12-dev-466-g08d72bd gcc dbg windows, VBox 4.3.12 + VBEMP + inbuilt Mesa
      no patches applied

      Observed result
      0.4.12-dev-466-g08d72bd_drawingGarbageAroundMyCheckbox.webm
      Whenever I drag the window offscreen and back, some drawing dirt remains around the checkbox. The dirt changes with every iteration.

      Rarely, not always, the following line appears when I do this

      (win32ss/user/ntuser/painting.c:1528) err: EP: Another thread invalidated this window

      But not every iteration that changes the display, will log said line.
      No other logging appears.

      Expected result
      ThatExactSameRosTaskmgrBinary_behavesFineOnXPSP3.webm
      So it's no bug in our taskmgr, but deeper in ros.
