      Observed result
      At the last page of the setup, we can never right-click the setups taskbar pane to open the system menu.
      ros always logs then each time

      Expected result
      We can open the system menu, like xpsp3_ok.webm

      Eventually it is worth to regression-test that issue.
      It's also noteworthy that this app has no min/max/close, both in ros and on XPSP3, maybe this plays a role in it being incapable to open the system menu in ros.
