Crash when connecting a USB cdrom

    Description

      When you connect a USB cdrom, the cdrom.sys driver tries to access a paged-out function (IsThisASanyo). If you comment that out, all subsequent calls cause the same crash (IsThisAnAtapiChanger and IsThisAMultiLunDevice)
