FreeLoader could not detect filesystem on Xbox HDD

    Description

      It tries to mount different filesystems but could not detect any. Currently testing with FAT32 filesystem.

      Finally it halts with "Error opening freeldr.ini or file not found".

      Last good revision was ReactOS 0.3.11, so this is regression.
