USETUP Upgrade function replaces proper HAL with halacpi.dll

    Description

      If you install ReactOS with Standard PC HAL (hal.dll) or Xbox HAL (halxbox.dll), and upgrade system files later using "Upgrade" feature in usetup, it will replace proper HAL with halacpi.dll.

      Suggested solution: check filename in the file version information of existing hal.dll.
