Replace 'Palatino Linotype' fonts with renamed 'TeXGyrePagella'

    Description

      Current ReactOS 'Palatino Linotype' fonts are based on 'DejaVu Serif' fonts. It is different in metrics and shapes.

      I will replace Palatino Linotype with TeXGyrePagella fonts. It's better font.
