Regression, Desk.cpl does not longer open up when invoked from desktops context menu

    Description

      We can not longer invoke the desk.cpl by selecting properties from the desktops context menu.

      It's a regression and I would heavily suspect
      0.4.13-dev-790-g0f16d44 being the guilty rev, but I have not double-checked that yet
