Icon Phile (iPhile) does not work

    Description

      Testing Icon Phile v2.1a on 0.4.13-dev-789-g5972b1e results in several errors:

      • On startup, a messagebox displays: '' is not a valid integer value.
      • When applying an icon, the program freezes the whole OS. In debug mode, entering 'bt' will allow the program to continue and the icon appears within the program itself.
      • Attempting to apply a new icon theme results in no change..
