      Same log trace as CORE-19784 fixed by whindsaks with https://github.com/reactos/reactos/commit/8ff9781eae1b7d9303d47f562a7adebf4ed941a6 which suggests a CCoInit com; is missing somewhere (or commit fixed it in the wrong place)
