Animated icon/cursor on STATIC control won't animate

    Description

      1. Load an animated icon/cursor by LoadImage with LR_LOADFROMFILE flag.
      2. Set the animated icon/cursor handle to the STATIC control by STM_SETIMAGE message.
      2. It won't animate.
