Add ReactOS to osinfo-db (Will work on Gnome Boxes and have more visibility)

Currently ReactOS v0.4.12 cannot be installed in Gnome Boxes 3.34.2-stable /QEMU.

As commented by Fabiano Fidêncio, there is clearly an issue on Boxes side.

But helping OSInfo-DB would allow to install ReactOS on Gnome Boxes  AND  would give ReactOS more visibility.

Adding ReactOS to the osinfo-db (or helping to do so)  would make it installable in Gnome Boxes and give it more visibility.
