    Description

When you are downloading an application,
you can download the same application again while the previous download is still running.

When you do a fast double-double clicking, the download gets crazy and blinks, suffering a double calculation at the same time. When one of them finishes, the second finishes without problem.

      ReactOS 0.4.13-RC (Build 20200224-0.4.13-RC-47-g138d9ac)

Real hardware: Advent 4211 (MSI U100 clone)

New update: I have the log that debug.log created and a little video showing what happens throught a version in virtual minimal ReactOS in VirtualBox, with Mizu theme. Corrected the description: It requires a double-double clicking. I send a 0.4.14. version too.
