Pull Down Menu placement is broken when Parent is part way off the screen on the left

    Description

      To reproduce, move a window with menu, like notepad, so the menu item is half way off screen. Then,  click it. The menu won't align with the screen edge.

      Edit: 0.4.14-dev-1138-g35cb8f1 is affected like in description.
