No error when trying to delete a file from a CDROM, or a locked file

    Description

      Running : reactos-bootcd-0.4.14-dev-1339-g1c706d7-x86-gcc-lin-dbg
      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Insert a CD
      2. Browse it in explorer
      3. Try to delete a file
        Expected behaviour: it should show an error message

      Meanwhile, this is printed in debug log:

      1. err:(dll\win32\shell32\droptargets\CRecyclerDropTarget.cpp:63) SHFileOperation failed with 0x5
