Unable to select a Zip file for sending with Common Open Dialog

      reactos-bootcd-0.4.14-dev-1455-g963d39b-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      In ReactOS with Firefox 48, accessing to Jira.

      Trying to attach a zip file to a given ticket with the "Browse" link

      Selecting the .zip file then "opens" the content of the zip and it is not possible to "select" it.
