Change Notifications won't reach from Recycle Bin

In a48aa21: SHCNE_CREATE, SHCNE_DELETE, SHCNE_UPDATEITEM and SHCNE_UPDATEIMAGE notifications doesn't come from Recycle Bin correctly.

• Testcase1: The Recycler content does not update after restoring a file. Needs explicit F5-refresh.
