Remove SHSimpleIDListFromPathA/W hack and fix its implementation

    Description

      Simply deleting SHSimpleIDListFromPathA/W hack makes ParseDisplayName generating wrong PIDLs. That wrong PIDL was a directory but without folder attribute.
      So, a blank icon was displayed for newly created directory.
