Regression: Cursor preview not displayed in Mouse applet

    Description

      Cursor not displayed in "current cursor" image box

      Using: reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-142-gc276681-x86-gcc-lin-dbg

      But it works when our control panel applet is started on Windows.
