Melty Blood: Actress Again, etc. do not play their opening videos, etc.

    Description

      Melty Blood: Actress Again (along with other games) doesn't play its opening video, etc. because of quartz.dll not supporting MPEG-1 videos. I think maybe https://github.com/phoboslab/pl_mpeg could be added to it in order to fix this issue. I am attaching a debug log that I made when running it.
