zipfldr extract all shows directory under left icon in English-US locale

After Oleg Dubinskij's addition of the zipfldr icons the directory path in the "Extract All.." for the extracted files is now overlapped with the icon in the US-English locale. The attached file zipfldr_en_US.patch fixes this for me. PR to follow soon.
