SHBrowseForFolder() should refresh the view by pressing F5

    Description

      I admit, I have not tested yet whether Windows 2003 does have that feature, but I am pretty sure, that SHBrowseForFolder() would refresh the view by pressing F5.
      In ReactOS this does not work yet,
      neither in 0.4.15-dev-1133-gba9bf73 nor in 0.4.14-RC-47-g23283de.

      Sidenote
      The function FileOpenDlgProc95() does already perform a self-refresh properly.
