Display settings dialog is too big still for et-EE.rc Estonian

An addendum to CORE-14274 "Display settings dialog is too big"

CORE-14274 was fixed for all languages except et-EE.rc by 0.4.8-dev-939-g2595538
and that exception was caused by the fact, that the added et-EE.rc was under git-review in parallel and therefore committed the outdated too big resources ultimately into 0.4.8-dev-930-gd80ef2c.

We can improve that situation by backporting the state of et-EE.rc from 0.4.11-release-44-g958556c, because it has been fixed by multiple commits up to that rev.
The result is not perfect yet, because we do not have the font-metrics improvement in all older branches, but much better than before.
