Memory usage caused by the attached batch file needs improving

    Description

      I am noticing a higher amount of memory being used by the OS after running attached batch file when compared to Windows Server 2003 SP2. I am attaching the batch file, debug log and videos. Both runs were done on a FAT32 partition.
